Terms of Sale & Use
Effective date: October 22, 2026. These terms apply to the website and to purchases of The Lemon Recipe, a digital recipe guide sold by The Everyday Recipe, operated by Lumen & Rye Media LLC, 132 West 31st Street, Suite 602, New York, NY 10001, United States (“we”, “us”). Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. The website and product are intended for customers in the United States.
The product
The Lemon Recipe is a recipe guide delivered as a downloadable PDF file. It is a digital product: nothing is shipped. The guide contains recipes and cooking ideas for general, everyday use. It is not medical, dietary or nutritional advice and makes no health claims.
Price and payment
- The price is $37 USD, charged once. It is not a subscription and there are no recurring charges.
- Payment is processed by Whop, our third-party payment processor, through a secure checkout embedded on our website. We do not receive or store your full card details. Whop’s own terms and privacy policy also apply to the payment.
- Any applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
- Any optional add-on offered at checkout is shown separately with its own price and is only added if you choose it.
Delivery
Once your payment is confirmed, you get access to download the PDF. Your receipt email from Whop includes your access details. If you do not receive it or have trouble downloading, email hello@lumenandrye.com with the email address used for your order and we will resend it.
Refund policy — 60-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with The Lemon Recipe for any reason, you can request a full refund of the purchase price within 60 days of your purchase date.
- To request a refund, email hello@lumenandrye.com with the email address used at checkout (and your order number if you have it).
- No questions asked and nothing to return.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Whop, our payment processor. The time for the credit to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
License
When you buy the guide you receive a personal, non-transferable license to download, read and print it for your own non-commercial use. Please do not resell, share publicly or redistribute the file. All content remains the property of its publisher.
Cooking and food safety
Use normal kitchen care when preparing food. Check every recipe’s ingredients if you have food allergies, intolerances or dietary restrictions, and adapt recipes to your needs. For personal health or nutrition questions, consult a qualified professional.

Website content may change. Images on this website are illustrations. We aim to keep information accurate; if you spot an error, please tell us.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where a mandatory consumer law of your state applies.
Third-party services
Our payment processor (Whop) and advertising platforms, including Meta, have their own terms and privacy policies. This website is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Meta, Facebook or Instagram.
